Royal Crown Derby

Royal Crown Derby produces fine bone china paperweights and other decorative ornaments richly decorated with intricate detailing. The unrivalled collection is gilded with 22ct gold and hand-finished in the Derby factory, honouring traditional techniques that have been passed down through the generations. The factory was established c.1750, then known as 'Derby Porcelain', and the company gained initial royal recognition in 1755 from King George III who granted permission to use the iconic Crown on the back stamp. Queen Victoria then appointed the factory to be 'Manufacturers of porcelain to Her Majesty' in 1890 by royal warrant.
