Practical zipped Aran wool cardigan, decorated with the traditional cable stitch, representing fishermen’s ropes. Originally made for the local fishermen to guard against the harsh winds out at sea, Aran knits became increasingly popular in Britain from the 1950s. Lined, with side pockets and an elasticated drawstring hem. A traditional men’s cardigan brought up to date with functional details and a relaxed, comfortable feel.
