Service Rating:
I have been sent the wrong bench, with no prior notification as to the arrival. A grape vine and not an oak tree as in the brochure. Despite several phone calls to customer service I have still not received confirmation of any of my communications. I have not had my request for a refund acknowledged or any response about the collection of their unwanted mistake. I can not recommend this appalling service. P.S. the correct bench is £100 in our local garden centre!

Our customer service team have been in touch to explain that the leaflet that is included in the box is a generic one featuring an image of a bench that has been discontinued by the supplier and is no longer available. They requested that you open the box to check the bench itself but you have decided that you would prefer not to in case it is incorrect and requires repacking which we understand, therefore our supplier is arranging collection. We are selling the bench at RRP but your local garden centre may have last year’s stock or a display item that they are trying to clear. We are sorry to have disappointed you on this occasion.
