Contemporary stylised sculpture in painted metal evoking 'Man Walking Dog', 1950 by L.S. Lowry (1887 – 1976), recalling his distinctive style often referred to as 'matchstick men'. Famed for his iconic urban landscapes, Lowry painted the factory and city scenes of where he lived and worked – capturing life in the industrial districts of mid-20th century North West England.
