Apricot and ginger chutney blending the soft fruit with the glow of fresh ginger. Chilli jam, a moreish mix of sticky and sweet. Caramelised onion marmalade, the UK’s first onion marmalade, made with a splash of redcurrant juice for a pleasing tang.
