The botanist John Gerard (c.1545-1612) described the scent of mint as liable to ‘rejoyceth the heart of man’ and the herbalist Nicholas Culpeper (1616-54) ascribed over 40 medicinal uses to the plant. These cleansing, thin dark chocolate discs are infused with natural, English mint oil. Bring an element of luxury to your meal with these light chocolate treats.
