Wonderful product. My 'desert island' treat. The chocolate shards coating the product provide a lovely chocolate hit before you get to the truffle. They just melt on your tongue and no matter how hard you try you have to bite them to get maximum flavour rush, gently sucking them is not enough. I'd like to buy more for throughout the year but they might develop 'bloom'. On second thoughts they probably wouldn't last long enough !
