Description
A delightful selection of floral art cards. Celebrating British flowers through the four seasons in imagery created by popular 20th and 21st century artists. From graceful ‘Rosehips & Hellebores’, by Pat Harby (1936-88) to full-blown ‘Summertime’ by Edith Hilder (1904-92) and frothy ‘Summer Impressions’ by Gerhard Nesvadba (b.1941); through to the warm tones of chrysanthemums and Michaelmas daisies in ‘Autumn Arrangement’, by Leslie Greenwood (1907-87) and ‘Dahlias, Anemones and Gladiolus’, by Pamela Davis (1927-2019). Reproducing paintings and illustrations from the archives of Royle Publications, one of Britain’s leading greetings card companies of the post-war era; Royle Publications was co-founded by the visionary publisher Noel Carrington (1895-1989).

You can’t write on these cards using either a fountain pen or a fibre tip,nor the Cats and Dogs cards purchased at the same time,so sadly both purchases are completely useless.
Previously I have bought the Elizabeth Blackadder Hellibores,out of stock last month,and it’s possible to write perfectly well on those,so I was expecting the same quality.I am very disappointed and out of pocket,as cannot use.
