Kingfisher Tree Silhouette

Peaceful kingfisher tree silhouette inspired by Gerard Manley Hopkins' nature poem "As Kingfishers Catch Fire" (1877). Made from mild steel with a black powder-coated finish, it features a fixing plate with holes (fixings not included). The poem was part of the Victorian fascination with nature and the symbolism of birds. Kingfishers, often associated with tranquillity and beauty, were common subjects in Victorian poetry and art.
