The product was broken and incomplete which only became evident whilst being constructed. I had to buy a wood adhesive to repair the product and also buy ground spikes as these were not included. Searching for similar products I found another supplier, the product being priced at 2/3rds of the arbour.

The holes weren't drilled through properly so difficult to bolt together.
Fixing the sides was very difficult and led to the wood at the centre of the arch splitting so I had to glue it together.
It looks good once it's installed in the garden, but that's the only positive. Prepare to be frustrated when building it.
