Striking pair of cotton tea towels reproducing of Swallows and Wisteria and Great Tit on Paulownia Branch, works by Japanese artist Ohara Koson (1877-1945). Koson was a master of kacho-e, a genre of Japanese art focused on birds and flowers, celebrated for his delicate yet dynamic depictions of nature. These works capture the elegance of swallows in flight and the grace of a tit perched on a paulownia branch. Made in England.
