This mug, and its companion, were again ordered for my wife, who seems well pleased. As a purely personal comment, I thought these mugs were rather over-priced; I acknowledge that decent bone china is not cheap, but these are quite small as mugs go, and apparently merely transfer printed; if it were me buying (not she who must be obeyed - sometimes) I would have drawn the line at £10 or £11 each. Just a comment for what it's worth.
