Description

The British MuseumBeautifully printed cotton tea towel features a design based on an etched facsimile of a watercolour by Jan van Huysum (1682–1749), a master of still life painting. Van Huysum's work, celebrated for its vibrant floral compositions, was highly sought after during the 18th century. The tea towel reproduces his art with the help of Cornelis Ploos van Amstel (1726–98), whose facsimile series 'Ectypa' aimed to preserve the beauty of such masterpieces.

Items purchased between October 1st and December 23rd can be returned up to January 14th.

If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund.
