The brooch is very pretty and as described. My first order didn't arrive, I rang customer service and a delightful young man apologised and a brooch was posted out to me. Unfortunately, the brooch was broken. I rang customer service and a lovely young lady apologised, and a further brooch was delivered in time for my friends birthday.
