Vivacious and chic costume brooch recalling the fashions adopted by the flappers of the 1920s. Crafted in black and white capturing the modern outlook of the era, featuring a flapper woman with bobbed hair, a style often accompanied by the cloche hat. The cloche hat, originally designed by Caroline Reboux (1837-1927) in 1908, remained fashionable from 1922 to 1933.
