Description
Exquisite hand-enamelled and crystal-set earrings inspired by Chinese fan motifs, long associated with grace in decorative arts. Featuring a bamboo leaf design derived from a 19th-century lacquer tray, these dainty earrings are finished with free-moving iridescent agate drops. The fan's history dates back to the Shang Dynasty (1600-1046 BC), where it symbolised wealth, status and power. By the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD), fans had become a favoured accessory among the upper class. A perfect blend of tradition and sophistication, these earrings are perfect for everyday wear or special occasions.

Very plastic looking and feeling green so called "stones". Not worth the price compared to high Street stores like M&S.

Smaller than I thought from the on-line image. However, very pretty and delicate. Intended as a present for a friend.
