Perched on a plinth, this stylised owl sculpture has been inspired by the bronze creations of artist Johannes Bosma (1879-1960). Hand cast from reconstituted marble and made in England, this sleek ornament recalls statuettes of the Art Deco era. I love it in our garden. I’ve buried the base under the soil to make it more stable and started to plant around it so that the owl is peeping out.

Got this for my wife who saw it in the magazine. She loves it very much and it will take its place on a pedestal in the garden.. Only one minor fault; it is very close to being top-heavy as the base needs to be larger at the front of the owl. Will need careful positioning.
