Description
Stage your own flypast with a fun construction kit to create a model aeroplane inspired by the iconic Hawker T1A aircraft flown by the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, better known as the Red Arrows. Staging breath-taking aeronautical displays since 1965, the Red Arrows are a much-loved aerial highlight for national celebrations; always living up to their motto ‘Éclat’, meaning ‘brilliance’. Create your own model in homage to the Red Arrows’ display team. The metal kit includes a miniature spanner and screwdriver to join the metal strips with nuts and bolts; recalling the original ‘Mechanics Made Easy’ system patented by Frank Hornby in 1901.
