Description
One a penny, two a penny, Hot-cross buns! It is believed that an Anglican monk first baked buns decorated with a cross to honour Good Friday during the 12th century, these were typically distributed to feed the poor. In the 19th century, "hot-cross buns!" was a street cry and short lyric called out by sellers in markets. Inspired by the teatime favourite and seasonal traditions, these luxurious handmade hot-cross-buns-shaped milk and white chocolates are a delicious treat to celebrate Easter with.

I haven't eaten them yet, as they are for Good Friday, but the ingredients listed does not make it seem as if they are spiced. I expected them to have a hot cross bun flavour. So disappointing.

They do look like hot cross buns, maybe I expected them to be a tad larger but they are a pleasant change to an Easter egg.
