Took them out of the packaging and its of white strips fell out. It's got sticky strips to hold the thing in place - but they aren't sticky! Maybe been lying in a warehouse for too long?
Tried putting one on a step which was a little slushy and it didn't hold, so will try again when it's dry.

We bought these for our elderly dog who occasionally slips on the steps into the house and down into the garden. So far worked perfectly. The sticky bits aren't particularly sticky but they work.
