Recalling the patterns decorating Kashmir shawls imported to the West during the 19th century, striking printed polysilk tunic in dark blue and beige, echoing the Victorian era's fusion of diverse Eastern and Western influences. During the 19th century, these shawls were esteemed gifts, exported to England and France. Over time, their designs evolved into denser, elaborate motifs, with floral and paisley patterns becoming immensely popular.
