I was under the impression from the name that the phone would be in the larger pocket with space for keys or cards in the smaller front pocket. My phone is in a case so the small pocket has to stay open when it is inside. It is not clear that the big pocket contains a purse section and multiple card sections. It is misleading to call it a phone cross-body bag. I have not returned it as I will use it with the press stud open.
