Very attractive bag, so I was delighted when it arrived promptly, but the first time I used it, the coloured surface of the handles started to peel off, exposing the subsurface in numerous places, a process that appears to be continuing. So the design was lovely and the service excellent but the quality was extremely disappointing.

Nice bag, still getting used to it. Will be better when the handles, strap and zip have softened up a bit. Like the zip opening all the way down on both sides but with the lining preventing contents falling out.
